AMERICAN GUN is a powerful collection of interwoven storylines that explore how the proliferation of guns in America dramatically influences and shapes lives. A gun shop owner, an ace student, a single mother, and a school principal are among those who these guns profoundly affect. AMERICAN GUN is the debut film of director/co-writer Aric Avelino, co-written by Steven Bagatourian and produced by Ted Kroeber. The film stars Donald Sutherland, Forest Whitaker, Linda Cardellini, Tony Goldwyn, Christopher Marquette, Nikki Reed, Arlen Escarpeta, Garcelle Beauvais-Nilon, Melissa Leo and Schuyler Fisk.
